Help Me Help You

I hope that by now you all know that I try and build my classes around what I feel is best for you. All of my classes (the groups themselves) are completely different and all have personalities all their own. I am aware that what may work for one group might not for another. If you have suggestions for your group please let me know! I want you to WANT to come to class and feel like you got the most out of it that you possibly could. If you feel like the difficulty level, poses, pace or music need tweaking please speak up and leave me a comment below. I want to hear from you so I can make your class the best it can possibly be!
