Well, it’s almost Valentine’s Day and I think we all know what that means… chocolate! Also, the Girl Scouts have hit the streets and that means cookies are on the way. I don’t know about you, but I love Girl Scout Cookies. This means we need to take a preemptive strike and work out even harder this month! See you in class!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to give you a head’s up for classes that will have subs in the next week. Both classes this Saturday morning at Greenbriar will have subs (Stacey House will be subbing Yoga and the Pilates sub should be on the schedule online). Also, you will have a sub for Pilates next Thursday night at Post Oak. Again, the sub should be on the schedule online. See you again next week!
UPDATE: You will have a sub again at Post Oak next Thursday, 1/22/09 for Pilates from 7:15-8:15. Sorry to miss two weeks in a row but I have a meeting that evening! See you on the 29th!
The holiday season is here and with that always comes a busy schedule! Well, I’m here to tell you that this Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, 24 Hour Fitness group classes are cancelled at the Post Oak location. The club may be closed altogether so I would definitely call before trying to stop in for a work out. Have a fabulous Thanksgiving and be careful on the roads if you’re traveling. I’ll see you back in the gym next week!

So I’m the worst about getting this out BEFORE the month actually gets going… sorry! Note the changes to the 24 Hour Fitness Greenbriar weekend schedule. I am now only teaching on Saturdays and my Pilates class has been extended to an hour pushing Yoga back to 11:30am. I know some people like to do the half hour Pilates and then stay for the hour Yoga. If that’s you, feel free to come in halfway through the Pilates class. I’ll be planning for that so come on in!
