While yoga offers countless benefits, one I appreciate the most is how it helps me sleep. Since I’ve been practicing yoga, I sleep so much more soundly. I used to toss and turn and wake up throughout the night but I rarely do that these days and I attribute a lot of that to my yoga practice. I think that it just helps me stay more relaxed in general which in turn helps me sleep better. I’m still super sleepy when I wake up in the mornings but at least I’m sleeping at night.
