Free Yoga on Labor Day!

If you’re in Houston on Labor Day you’re in luck! This Monday, September 1, 2008 the Yoga Teacher’s Association of Houston is sponsoring (with Luke’s Locker) a free day of yoga in Houston. Studios around town are opening their doors for FREE! This is a great opportunity to try out different studios and different types of yoga that you may have been curious about. The whole day gets kicked off Monday Morning with a “city-wide sun salutation” at Discovery Green Park downtown from 9-11am.
